FFAI.fun User Agreement

1. General Provisions
This User Agreement governs the use of the website and service https://ffai.fun (hereinafter — "Service", "Platform", "FFAI.fun").
Service Operator: Fable Forge / FFAI.fun.
By starting to use the Service, creating an account, confirming your email, posting content, or using the platform's features, you confirm your agreement with this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
2. What the Service Is
FFAI.fun is an entertainment digital service for interactive stories with AI features. The user can create and play through stories, use scene generation, and other platform tools within the current product configuration.
The Service is not a gambling game, lottery, casino, investment, or financial product and does not provide professional advice.
3. Age and Right to Use
The platform's content is intended for an audience aged 16+.
The user is obligated to use the service only if permitted by the law applicable to them.
If paid access is enabled on the site, payment can only be made by adult users or persons acting with proper legal authority.
4. Account
An account is required to access some features.
The user is obligated to provide accurate data, protect access credentials, and not transfer the account to third parties.
It is prohibited to create accounts to bypass bans, quotas, security restrictions, and service rules.
5. Free and Paid Access
As of the date of the last update, card payment on the site may not yet be enabled. Until checkout is activated, the pricing screen and plan selection buttons may operate in an informational or test mode and do not in themselves imply a charge.
If paid access is published and actually available on the site, the user subscribes to the digital service for a period of 30 calendar days.
As part of the subscription, the user receives an internal limit on the use of AI features in an amount depending on the chosen plan. Within the billing period, this limit may be released in 4 sub-periods.
6. Internal Usage Limit
The internal usage limit:
- is not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a security, or an investment instrument;
- has no independent monetary value;
- cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred to other users;
- is not sold as a separate product outside of a subscription, unless expressly published otherwise;
- may be canceled upon account deletion, subscription termination, or a confirmed refund.
7. Prices, Currency, and Payment
If paid access is activated on the site, prices are displayed in USD, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, fees, and the total amount must be shown to the user before payment confirmation.
Once card payment is enabled, payment data may be processed through Stripe Checkout or related payment services. The Operator does not store the full bank card number or CVC.
8. Auto-renewal and Cancellation
If a paid subscription is enabled, it renews automatically at the end of the paid period unless the user has disabled renewal in advance.
Auto-renewal can be disabled via the published account settings, the client portal, or by contacting ffai@ffai.fun.
After canceling auto-renewal, access is retained until the end of the already paid period, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Refunds
The user has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
The basic condition for a refund: the internal usage limit provided for the corresponding payment has not been used.
If any part of this limit has been used, the digital service is considered to have commenced, and the refund may be denied to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Content and Acceptable Use
The user is obligated to comply with the platform's rules and the law.
The platform prohibits pornography, CSAM, sexualization of minors, deepfakes and other forms of unauthorized imitation of real people, instructions for illegal acts, hate speech, threats, severe harm to self and others, as well as attempts to bypass moderation restrictions.
In case of rule violations, the Operator reserves the right to reject requests, delete content, restrict features, or block the account.
11. AI Features and Limitations
The results of AI work depend on the model, user prompt, story settings, and moderation. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or the absence of errors in every result.
The user is obligated not to use the service to create materials that violate the rights of third parties, privacy, honor, safety, or the law.
12. Rights to Content
The user retains rights to their original materials to the extent that they belong to them by law.
To the extent necessary for the operation of the service, the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive right to store, process, display, and technically reproduce user content.
The user guarantees that they possess sufficient rights to the content posted and generated with their participation.
13. Service Availability and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, constant availability of all features, and the preservation of any specific generation results.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, and claims related to the use or inability to use the service.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update this Agreement when the service, legislation, security policy, or subscription mechanics change.
