Refunds and Subscription Cancellation
Last updated: March 10, 2026
Current Status
As of the last update, card payments on the site may not yet be activated. While checkout is disabled, no actual charges are processed through the site, and the provisions below apply to a paid subscription only if it is actually launched.
How the Subscription Works
If paid access is enabled, the subscription is issued for 30 calendar days and renews automatically unless the user disables renewal before the end of the current period.
After a successful payment, access to the digital service is granted immediately, and the internal usage limit for AI features becomes available in accordance with the selected plan and the service's sub-period mechanics.
How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
- via account settings, if such a method is published in the interface;
- via the subscription management link or client portal, if available;
- via support: ffai@ffai.fun.
After canceling auto-renewal, access remains active until the end of the already paid period, unless otherwise required by law.
When a Refund Is Possible
The user may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the payment date.
The basic condition for a refund: the internal usage limit provided for the corresponding payment has not been used.
If at least a portion of this limit has been used, the digital service is considered to have commenced, and the refund may be denied to the extent permitted by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
Write to ffai@ffai.fun and specify the account email, date of the charge, payment amount, and the reason for the request. If an external client portal or payment page is used for payment, the request may also be submitted through the corresponding interface.
What Happens After a Confirmed Refund
After a confirmed refund, access to the paid subscription may be terminated, and the usage limit provided under it may be revoked or adjusted.
