FFAI.fun Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 10, 2026
1. Who we are
FFAI.fun is a digital service for interactive stories with AI features. The service operator is: Fable Forge / FFAI.fun.
Website: https://ffai.fun
Contact for data and support inquiries: ffai@ffai.fun
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to website visitors, registered users, story authors, recipients of service emails, and individuals who contact us via support or the feedback form.
3. What data we collect
We may process:
- account data: email, name, hashed password, profile settings, selected language;
- user content: stories, prompts, messages, comments, uploaded files, and metadata related to the use of platform features;
- technical data: IP address, user-agent, device, browser, language, technical events, and security logs;
- usage data: activity history, internal usage limit statistics, information about AI features used, and system diagnostic events;
- support correspondence data: inquiries, attachments, and page URLs specified in the request.
4. Why we do this
Data is used for:
- operating the account and providing service features;
- creating, storing, and displaying user content;
- security, moderation, abuse prevention, and investigation of violations;
- performing technical diagnostics and improving product quality;
- communicating with users regarding support, notifications, and account operations;
- fulfilling legal obligations, accounting, and other mandatory record-keeping.
5. Legal basis
If applicable law requires the specification of legal grounds, we process data based on the performance of a contract with the user, legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the service, user consent—where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. AI features and moderation
User requests and materials may undergo automated security and moderation checks. This is necessary to restrict prohibited content, protect the service, and comply with platform rules.
7. Payments
As of the last update, card payments on the site may not yet be enabled. If payment is activated in the future, Stripe and related payment infrastructure providers may be used to process transactions, perform anti-fraud checks, and handle payment data.
In such a case, the operator does not store the full bank card number or CVC, but only receives the data necessary to confirm payment status, manage subscriptions, process refunds, handle anti-fraud, and maintain mandatory records.
8. Who we share data with
We may share data with:
- providers of hosting, email delivery, AI infrastructure, file storage, and monitoring;
- payment services and related anti-fraud providers—if and when payment is activated;
- authorized authorities or other parties if required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
9. Retention period
We store data for as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain the account, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and ensure security. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
10. User rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to certain types of processing. For requests, please write to ffai@ffai.fun.
11. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage for the website to function, and we may use additional categories of cookies if you choose to enable them. More details can be found on the page https://ffai.fun/cookies.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS, access control, and security event logging. However, no method of data storage or transmission guarantees absolute protection.
13. Age
The service is intended for an audience aged 16+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age, except where expressly permitted by applicable law and service logic.
14. Policy changes
We may update this policy when there are changes to the service, security requirements, legislation, or payment infrastructure. The current version is published on this page with the update date.
